This pillow is delicately made on waist loom machine. Artisans thread wool fibers one by one accomplishing amazing geometric shapes that mean so much to them historically and culturally. This pillow is 100% wool on it's front side and Mexican cotton cloth with zipper closure on the other and has four pompons on each corner.

• This pillow is from Teotitlan Del Valle community of Oaxaca Mexico. The elaboration of a wool cushion like this is a slow process that can take up to 2 days to finish!
• Product Size: 12in W x 20in L. We suggest using a 12 x 18 insert for a looser pillow and a 12 x 20 insert for a fuller pillow
• Product Care: Spot clean with damp cloth or dry clean

Return Policy

• For returns, a flat return fee of $9.99 will be charged, which will be deducted from the final refund total.
• All returned items MUST be in sellable condition, unused and in their original packaging, including barcode labels, in order to be accepted for a refund or exchange.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used bedding (comforters, duvet covers, coverlets, bed sheets, pillows, duvets), select bathroom items (shower curtains and towels), merchandise 50% off or more, custom-cut blinds, special orders and any product that has been used/modified/altered/washed.
• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
• Refund or exchange will be based on the original method of payment and the amount actually paid for the merchandise.
• Your proof of purchase must accompany your returned item(s) in order to process your refund or exchange. Without a proof of purchase, only an exchange may be possible.
• In all other cases, an exchange or refund may be issued in the form of a store gift card valued at the price of the item at the time of the return.
