We want you to be happy with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains your rights and obligations when returning products purchased from us. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.


1. Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify, items must be:

Unused,

In original packaging,

In the same condition as received.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.


2. Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned unless defective or required by law:

Perishable goods (e.g., dried flowers)

Shower Curtains, Opened Sheets or Bedding, Towels.

Gift cards.

Clearance or final sale items.


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).


4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us at [your email] before sending the item back.


5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


6. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

Provide photos and order details.

We will arrange for a replacement, refund, or repair at no additional cost. Confirmation from Roome Collective required and will be provided within 5 days of info receival. 


7. Consumer Rights

This policy is in addition to your rights under British Columbia’s Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act and Canada’s consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
