Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet entered the packaging or shipping process. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Tracking Information

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery becomes the carrier’s responsibility.
Roome Collective is not liable for delays, lost, or stolen packages after delivery confirmation. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us so we can assist in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Roome Collective is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
