If we experience a high volume of orders or stock delays, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout. These are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Once shipped, delivery timelines are subject to carrier services and conditions beyond our control.


3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within Canada.

International shipping is available to select countries. Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.


4. Order Tracking

When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available).

Some delivery methods may not provide tracking.


5. Risk of Loss

All orders are shipped FOB (Free on Board) origin, meaning the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the package is handed to the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages after shipment. Customers should contact the carrier directly for claims.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is accurate and complete.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping fees to be resent.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, contact us within 14 days of delivery at roomecollective@gmail.com, providing photos and order details.

We will work with you to resolve the issue with a replacement, refund, or repair.


8. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

P.O. boxes (for certain items, depending on carrier restrictions).

Countries restricted by Canadian export regulations.
