Return Policy

• For returns, a flat return fee of $9.99 will be charged, which will be deducted from the final refund total.
• All returned items MUST be in sellable condition, unused and in their original packaging, including barcode labels, in order to be accepted for a refund or exchange.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used bedding (comforters, duvet covers, coverlets, bed sheets, pillows, duvets), select bathroom items (shower curtains and towels), merchandise 50% off or more, custom-cut blinds, special orders and any product that has been used/modified/altered/washed.
• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.​
• Refund or exchange will be based on the original method of payment and the amount actually paid for the merchandise.
• Your proof of purchase must accompany your returned item(s) in order to process your refund or exchange. Without a proof of purchase, only an exchange may be possible.​
• In all other cases, an exchange or refund may be issued in the form of a store gift card valued at the price of the item at the time of the return.​

Our bedding is machine washable. Wash on the gentle cycle with like colors and using a mild, liquid laundry detergent. Do not bleach. Tumble dry on low heat, and remove promptly. Avoid bleaching agents and personal care products that contain benzoyl peroxide or alpha hydroxy acids. Some shedding does occur in the natural life cycle, especially as it softens with age. This should stop after a few washes. If you would like more structure - iron with warm heat on the milder “linen” setting.

A single re-stocking fee will apply to returns within 30 days: $0 (no fee) for just bedding and/or towels $10 for most other returned orders $50 if your return includes oversized items (area rugs, furniture, mirrors) White glove delivery items are handled separately and have a 15% re-stocking fee.
